Cancellation policy:
Bookings may be transferred to another name at any stage as long as organisers are informed before the program.
Cancellations up to 1 week before the program will incur a cancellation fee of $50-$300.
Cancellations within 7 days will generally not be refunded, however a partial refund or transfer of funds to a future program may apply in exceptional circumstances.
If we cancel the program for any reason you can be refunded in full. A $20 donation is appreciated for time to do bookings and refunds.
